So we can keep the results updated please make sure that all result slips are completed correctly and emailed to the fixtures secretary.
Please complete the following;
- Clearly identify both teams that are playing & the date on the front of the sheet.
- List all players with positions and signatures (this must be done before the match starts, if a player does not take to court during the match please put a line through their name and if a player is running late please ensure that it is completed during the 1st qtr break).
- Ensure that both umpires and scorers sign the sheet post match.
- Ensure that your team captain/secretary signs the bottom on the back please ensure that the team name is at the top of the sheet so we know the scores for each team.
If you are unsure of any of the above, or if something is unclear, please feel free to speak to a member of the committee on the match night.
